Cap-Haïtien held yet another enthralling Haitian Flag Day celebration despite the country's struggles.

Before the parades, Cap-Haïtien began the 221st Haitian Flag Day celebration with a mass at Our Lady of the Assumption Cathedral, in which several officials attended such as Fritz Jean and Régine Abraham, two members of the Transitional Presidential Council, Cap-Haïtien's Mayor Yvrose Pierre and more.
