MIAMI — Kicking off Black History Month, the Little Haiti Cultural Complex presented the first installment of the Mosaic Marketplace, a vibrant showcase of arts, music, food and local businesses planned for every first Saturday of the month at the center.

Striving for community involvement, the Feb. 3 event brought together a diverse set of vendors offering goods and services to appeal to a range of tastes and interests. On display were exquisitely handcrafted merchandise, live art performances and a delectable selection of cuisine, including Asian and Liberian food trucks. The event also featured konpa dance, cooking and art classes.
